SwimClear
For new pool and aftermarket installations. SwimClear filters provide the most energy efficient flow with no backwashing to save up to 2,500 gallons of water per year.

In addition, they like the fact that this filter is a much “greener” filter because it saves water and chemicals and does not put pool water into the environment. Customers have also been impressed with the filtering ability of the unit. Water clarity is wonderful. The only negative thing any of our customers have mentioned is the amount of time it takes to clean the filters. Schedule 30-45 minutes to clean the filters in the SwimClear Filter. This is done about 2-3 times per year. Have a large container, like an old garbage can, to soak the filters in chemical cleaner overnight. Then allow them to dry. Next remove any dry coating from the filters with a last spray washing and then reinstall the filter elements. You’re good to go!

In addition, water quality is excellent. Since sand filters are the norm in the Jackson, MS area, few people know that sand filters cause the pump to pull more watts thus increasing the electricity used. However, ease of operation does make this filter a winner with many customers.
Keep in mind that sand filters need their media cleaned twice yearly. In addition, the media should be completely change approximately every 2-3 years here in the Jackson, MS area.
