Seeing Too Many "Paradise Phone Numbers?
Well we would like to apologize for that. And we would like to eliminate the confusion. There is only one LOCAL Paradise Pools and Spas sending you flyers. And there is only one LOCAL Paradise Pools and Spas phone number being advertised. That business is located on S. Pearson Rd. in Pearl, just around the corner from Tinseltown Theater and Bass Pro Shop. The phone number is 601-932-POOL or 601-932-7665. It is the only number that rings locally.
There is ANOTHER Paradise Pools & Spas advertising a Pearl phone number. However, THEY ARE NOT LOCAL. Despite the Pearl number it actually rings in Vicksburg. This company is NOT AFFILIATED WITH US.
About 2 years ago we sold our Vicksburg division. For reasons that are too in depth to discuss in this forum, the group in Vicksburg was allowed to keep the name Paradise.
Currently, they go by the name The Original Paradise Pools & Spas. Immediately they began to mail to all the customers in the greater Jackson area. Then, after acquiring the Pearl phone number they began advertising it. Thus began the confusion.
We regret allowing the name to be retained, not fully realizing the confusion and turmoil that it would cause. Of course, hind sight is twenty-twenty. Now we are left with the unenviable task of trying to undo the confusion that has been caused. Many of our customers have dialed what they thought was our number only to end up talking with someone they did not know. Some have even arranged work to be performed, thinking that they were doing business with us. Regretfully, some may even be finding out by this letter that they are not doing business with who they thought.
Thus, it is for this reason that we write you now. We know you do not deserve confusion. You deserve to know with whom you are doing business. We have been serving the greater Jackson area since 1982. We consider ourselves your neighbors and your friends. You have supported us and we greatly appreciate it! We know you have a choice. And we are honored when you choose us.
